Return & Exchange Policy - Paeroz

You may request a refund or exchange if:

• The item is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
  
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and protective stickers attached.
  
• The size received does not match the one you ordered.
  How to Request a Return:
  
• Call us or whatsapp (WhatsApp replies may take time).
  
• Timings: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  
• If the item was delivered correctly but you want to return it due to personal preference or a mistaken order,- Returns are accepted within 3 working days only.
  
• You can also exchange or refund items at any of our outlets.
